What’s my Size?

We’re all looking forward to Spring and Summer coming. The downside is that we have a tendency to take a harder look at our bodies at this time. We know that when the warmer weather arrives in the next few weeks, we’ll be wearing less clothes to cover up. Good, bad or indifferent. Instead of stressing over our current size situation, we need to take inventory of what we’re wearing and how it looks on us today.

Over the years, I’ve discovered what works and doesn’t work for my shape. I don’t shop by size as much, even though it is a starting point! I shop by what compliments my figure.

Different designers and brands can have the same number on their clothes for size, but fit differently on us from store to store. As you know, some brands run bigger and some run smaller. The number means very little. Some stores have even started their own sizing charts! Bottom line is that it all comes down to fit!

Everyone needs to dress for their current shape. Even if you are currently on a weight loss or weight gain journey, you should not be waiting to have some wonderful outfits to wear. Don’t settle for trying to squeeze into that top that you love or wearing the pants that are hanging off of you with a baggy rear end! We can find you a few items to wear in the meantime, without investing too much.

You will see that looking great in clothes that fit will inspire you to stay on track! You need to feel good during your journey, as well as when you achieve your goal! YOU deserve it!
